Job Description

• In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the development and management of our product portfolio. Your in-depth knowledge of the financial industry, market trends, and customer needs will drive the creation of innovative products and enhance our existing offerings.

Duties & Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision:

• Product Development and Management:
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and successful product launches.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, operations, risk, compliance, and finance to align product initiatives with business objectives.
• Foster relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to leverage their expertise and identify potential partnerships.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:

• Competitive Analysis and Market Intelligence:
• Financial Analysis and Planning
• Consumer Intelligence and Research

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial product management.
• Experience in the financial sector
• Extensive knowledge of product development methodologies, market research, and strategy creation.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
