Job Title: QRx Key Account Junior Associate

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Schedule: Full time

Position Description

• We are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptionally high work standards to join our QualityRx team as a Key Account Junior Associate in Port Harcourt. 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Business growth through strategic key account management 
• Build strong customer relationships and facilitate effective communication
• Ensure proper handling of financial transactions to enhance operational compliance
• Respond promptly to the facility’s concerns and provide effective solutions in a professional manner
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Adequately communicate and implement mutti brand benefits to facilities for increased brand awareness
• Work closely with Partners to receive orders, ensuring optimal stocking
• Facilitate regular Business engagement meetings with partners to discuss performance and align on mutually beneficial strategies
• Utilize insights from Bloom Data (company proprietary software) to implement facility-specific strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Business
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in driving business growth and customer satisfaction
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operational compliance. 
• Ability to collaborate across functions and within the team.
