Women Reform Organization is a Pan-African, Humanitarian Organization with the social corporate responsibility of creating awareness, enlightenment, and regenerating the giant strides inherent in African Women, through campaigns, empowerment programmes, and advocacy for qualitative education, vocational training & mentorship. We are also interested in creating a platform of business opportunities for Female Entrepreneurs, with the sole objective of sharpening their entrepreneurship skills aimed at eradicating the penury lifestyle among African Women.

Role Description

• The Women Reform Organization is in search of a dedicated volunteer Partnership and Fundraising Manager to join our team. In this remote capacity, you will play a crucial role in securing the resources essential for advancing our mission.
• As the Volunteer Partnership and Fundraising Manager, you will oversee our partnerships and donor connections to secure the funding and resources necessary to establish and sustain our programs.
• Please note that this is a volunteer position, and we can only offer a stipend to cover internet usage expenses.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in project management, business development marketing or nonprofit organizations is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Sound oral and written communication skills in English
• Experience in fundraising and grant writing is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Commitment to social responsibility and women's empowerment.
