We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in daily office tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure conference rooms are prepared.
  • Maintain a neat and organized office environment.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk.

Requirements

  • ND/HND/PG
  • Fluency in MS Office suites
  • Experience in the Telecom Domain will be preferred
  • 2+ years relevant experience.
