• Greeting And Welcoming Visitors
• Maintaining The Office Area
• Answering And Routing Phone Calls Promptly
• Receiving, Sorting And Distributing Mails
• Handling Travel Arrangements
• Updating Calendars With Administrative Tasks
• Monitor Office Expenses And Cost
• Assisting With Some Filing Alongside Hr.
• Notifying Company Personnel Of Visitors Arrival
• Helps In Coordinating Internal And External Events
• Answering Questions From Clients On Various Complaints
• Managing Meeting/Conference Room Availability
• Providing Customer Support Services
• Maintaining Telecommunication Systems.
