Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Finance with a strong background in financial strategy formulation, specifically within the dynamic landscape of the retail mobile industry.

Responsibilities

• Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy in collaboration with various departments, monitoring and tracking its performance.
• Ability to forecast and track key financial metrics specific to the retail mobile industry, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts. Conduct P&L reviews to ensure financial goals are met.
• Ability to analyze organizational finances within the context of the retail mobile industry, considering internal and external factors. Identify strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness, and opportunities to minimize risks. Formulate plans to achieve long-term financial goals.
• Ability to audit financial documents and procedures relevant to the retail mobile sector, preparing general ledger entries, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns.
• Ability to perform financial analysis on the department’s chart of accounts and financial statements within the framework of the retail mobile industry, identifying and analyzing variances.
• Ability to prepare and maintain financial systems, policies, and procedures tailored to the retail mobile sector. Respond to inquiries from management, internal, and external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Chartered Accountant qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years post-qualification/certification experience in the retail mobile industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments in the fast-paced retail mobile industry.
