We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Agent

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to operational processes.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues and providing necessary information
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
• Address operational challenges promptly and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with teams to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes.
• Provide customer service Interact with customers with delivering professional services Collect data from customers for survey information
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational procedures and workflows.

Specification

• Minimum of First Degree
• At least 1-3 years of experience in operational roles, preferably in Fintech.
• Medium level understanding of cryptocurrency.
• Highly skilled in utilizing various technology and tech tools.
• Proficiency in Notion, Google suite tools.
• Experience with AI and AI tools
