Position Summary
  • We needs a Systems Analyst who can direct the work of systems analysts within the company and evaluate services provided.
  • The Senior Analyst, Systems is directly responsible for planning, developing, and designing network management and maintenance projects; monitor utilization trends, manage network performance to ensure maximum uptime.
  • This role leads the improvement of performance in network systems.
Position Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the implementation of technology within the company and direct the work of systems and business analysts, developers, support specialists and other computer-related workers.
  • Manage all activities related to administration, design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and utilization of IT system as well as network and computer support staff.
  • Analyses network functions and evaluates the services provided; develops plan of action and recommendations; identifies milestones and issues to be addressed, and generates reports as required.
  • Provide Technical leadership and guidance to technical staff;
  • Monitors utilization trends, manages network performance, and assures maximum uptime;
  • Performs ongoing analysis, capacity planning, and technical tuning of the network systems to improve performance.
  • Designs, configures, and maintains network infrastructure components; trouble-shoots network to diagnose system problems; identifies, locates, resolves, and repairs problems; installs and configures software, upgrades, file sharing, and domain security protocols.
  • Plan, develop, and designs network management and maintenance projects, operational improvements, backup and archival files, and evaluates new technology integration.
Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge & Skills)
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer, Mathematics or related field;
  • Knowledge in Microsoft .NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript Query and Query Mobile), HTML CSS
Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years experiences in a similar position
Competence:
  • Knowledge of ICT technology infrastructures in an organisation;
  • Installations and upgrades;
  • Contribute to organisational policy regarding quality standards and strategic planning.

Remuneration
This position provides a comprehensive compensation package including a competitive base salary commensurate with skills and experience.
