We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Personnel

Location: Irhirhi / Benin City - Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist with online order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Salary
N30,000 - N60,000 / month.
