Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
• HR certification is compulsory.
• Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator could be useful.
• Capable of conducting meaningful negotiations and resolutions.
• A good understanding of employment legislation.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• An in-depth knowledge of HR activities and best practices.
