Responsibilities
Partnership Development:

  • Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships with industry leaders, associations, and key stakeholders.

Client Acquisition:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Leverage legal acumen to understand client needs and position Talentsquare's services as tailored solutions.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Utilize legal insights to navigate regulatory landscapes and anticipate market challenges.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry players.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions that align with their business goals.

Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners.
  • Ensure all proposals adhere to legal and compliance standards.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Lead negotiations with partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Oversee the contract management process, collaborating with legal teams to finalize and execute agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and partnerships within the consulting or related industry.
