Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology). proven experience in supporting digital solutions and devices in a corporate environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of dashboards, analytics tools, IOT devices, and digital twin technology.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non- technical users.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
