Job Title: Data Researcher and Automation Expert

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Contract

Description 

• A data and automation expert at Lodge Compliance will compile a data sets that will provide actionable insights and implement end-to-end automation solutions to enhance business performance. The successful candidate for this role will have an excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for transforming data into valuable insights

Responsibilities 

• Collect data, develop and maintain databases, and provide regular reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments across the organization to understand and meet the data and automation requirements and needs.
• Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using industry-leading tools based on project requirements and business goals.
• Provide documentation for automation processes and training and support to end-users on the automated solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-benefit analyses for proposed automation tools for projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated processes, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and compliance of data and automated processes.

Qualification

• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Airtable, Python, R, or similar.
• Knowledge of recent no-code tech tools such as Zapier, Webscrapper.io, etc.
