Job Title: Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Draft and edit correspondence,presentations,and other documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Prepare travel itineraries and make travel arrangements.
- Order office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Manage confidential information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or a related field.
- Fresh graduate with a minimum of 2:1
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
