We are a Software Quality Assurance and Testing Services provider. Our primary goal is to be the "go to" Quality Assurance & Software Testing company in East and West Africa while developing offshore resources to fill test automation positions (and other hard to find software testing capabilities) in the North America and European markets.

Key Responsibilities
Scrum Process Expertise:

• Ensure teams understand and adhere to Scrum principles and practices.
• Guide and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and address impediments that hinder team progress.

Team Facilitation and Collaboration:

• Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment.
• Resolve conflicts constructively and facilitate effective communication within the team.
• Conduct retrospective meetings to identify improvements and enhance team collaboration.

Product Backlog Management:

• Partner with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensure the backlog is clear, transparent, and reflects business priorities.
• Help the team understand and estimate backlog items effectively.

Stakeholder Management:

• Manage expectations and communicate team progress to stakeholders transparently.
• Educate stakeholders on Agile methodologies and their benefits.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between the team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
• Proven understanding of Scrum methodology and its application in complex projects.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred
• Experience with Agile metrics and reporting
