Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager, Commercial

Location: Lagos / Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Contract

Job Description

• To provide support to the Commercial Manager on review and negotiation of agreements including Crude handling agreements, Crude Transportation agreements, Offtake agreements, Crude swap agreements etc as well as daily management of the agreements. 
• Managing relationship with DPR, NNPC, NPDC

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years relevant experience
• Experience in Commercial Function in an Oil& Gas company in Nigeria, Excellent Negotiation and good communication skills
• Good knowledge of the oil and gas industry
• Good knowledge of relevant sections of the Petroleum Act.
