Overview
- Our client is currently seeking a team lead to drive online sales and marketing efforts and expand their presence in the e-learning community.
Key Responsibilities
- Led a team of online sales affiliates, ensuring they meet monthly sales targets.
- Recruit and train affiliates from Nigeria and international markets.
- Strategically position digital products on social media platforms.
- Manage team remotely via platforms like Facebook, Zoom, and Google Meets.
- Develop digital marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to team members.
Requirements
- Graduate
- 5+ years' experience in e-commerce sales.
- Proficiency in social media and affiliate marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable using online collaboration tools.
- Team Lead must have a good working conditioned personal Smart Phone and Laptop for work use.
- Experience in using Online Platforms to manage teams of people -Facebook, Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
