We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Receive and take orders via calls, social media, website and any other platform the company subscribe to. Attend to concerns on service delivery platforms, price change, etc.
• Call customers daily for feedback and document on the excel sheet
• Prepare delivery sales report daily and do a presentation of the summary.
• Attend to customers enquiry, complaints and concerns professionally and ensure it is followed up to completion.

Qualifications

• An ND holder with at least 6 months restaurants or Customer Services Experience
• Smart
• Good Knowledge of the internet
• Good Command of English
• Marketing skills.
