We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanical Technician (Internal Only)

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Purpose of the Job

• Carry out mechanical repair and service of all machines in the mills and head house to ensure continuous operation.

The Job

• Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs in the plant for ensure continuous operation.
• Carry out maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
• Fabricate parts needed for repair work.
• Compliance to HSE and IA standards.
• Document daily activities, process and maintaining service records.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by performing housekeeping duties.

Qualifications

• O'Level WAEC / NECO / NABTEB / Trade Test.
• OND Certificate in Science will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 2 years cognate experience.

The Person Must:

• Have effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Good knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Great organizational and time management abilities.
• Have good mechanical aptitude.
