Job Description
- We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily cleaning operations, ensuring that our clients' spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of cleaning services provided
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
- Communicate with clients to address specific cleaning needs
- Handle and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and a commitment to highquality service
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc in relevant field
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and products
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
