Who We're Looking For

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet quality, scope, and time constraints.
• Their blend of project management and quality assurance expertise will ensure that products not only meet developmental milestones but also uphold the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, budget, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and manage QA processes, ensuring that projects adhere to quality standards.
• Coordinate with the development and product teams to create detailed QA plans.
• Lead and/or oversee testing efforts, including manual and automated tests.
• Identify, log, and track defects to resolution, ensuring that final products are free of critical issues.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the main point of contact for project-related queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Present regular updates on project progress, risks, and QA findings.
• Foster strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement:

• Analyze project outcomes and QA results to recommend improvements in processes and methodologies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in project management and QA.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with project management software tools, like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
