Job Title: Experienced Associate - Debt Recovery and Commercial Litigation

Description
- Providing practical legal advice and risk-based solutions to clients on a range of matters relating to Debt Recovery and Commercial Litigation.
Requirements
- Candidate must have 3 - 5 years Post Call experience including solid experience in the same role in a Law Firm.
- Candidate must have strong litigation background
- Candidate must possess strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Candidate mustbe skilled in Research, Drafting, Oral and Written Communication, Critical thinking, and Presentation.
- Candidate must possess strong negotiation skills.
- Candidate must identify laws, rules, and standards applicable to clients’ operating environments.
- Candidate must be willing to travel
- Candidate must be available for immediate employment.
