Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Description
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers at the showroom or via telephone calls and Facebook / WhatsApp
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and terms of an agreement and closing sales with customers.
- Responds to prospective client inquiries quickly and completely, providing appropriate follow up as needed
- Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential customers.
- Record all the customers' details, preferences, contacts for future contact.
- Gathering market and customer information
- Participate in stock management and control
- Assist shoppers locate the products and goods they desire
- Perform cash processing and card payments
- Guide and give advice to customers on product selection
- Deal with customer refunds
- Keep the store clean and tidy; this includes mopping and hovering
- Work within established guidelines with brands
- Attach price tags to merchandise
- Look out for shoplifters; responsible for security within the store as well as watching out for fraudulent credit cards, etc.
Requirements
- Having an engaging and friendly personality
- Confident manner
- Must be polite and helpful
- Must be physically fit
- Possess detailed understanding of area of sales
- Knowledge of inventory techniques
- Smart in appearance and articulate.
