• Do you have experience in Door production management and leading teams? Our door-making company is seeking a Factory Manager to contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
• Assist in managing and motivating factory staff to achieve production targets
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Interested candidates should have OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 1 year work experience.
• Previous knowledge about Door production management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must live within Mile 2 axis.
