Job Title: Head of Operations - Generator

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing all field teams across the South West states and ensuring generators at all locations are constantly functioning.
• The Head of Operations will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, implementing best practices, and ensuring seamless coordination across various sites.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years, with at least 3 in a similar role
• Experience managing teams across locations
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and reducing costs
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
