Job Title: Retail Marketer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
• Assist customers in opening and managing accounts, loans, and other banking products.
• Educate customers on various financial products, services, and digital banking platforms.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to banking regulations.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, financial services, or a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of banking products, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using banking software and digital platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
