Description 

  • We're seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to spearhead our sales department, focusing on software solutions tailored for the hospitality industry, primarily targeting hotels and restaurants.
  • The ideal candidate will be a trailblazer, responsible for developing the sales strategy from the ground up, crafting persuasive sales decks, identifying and prospecting potential clients, and implementing sales software tools. This role is pivotal in driving our expansion and requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to building successful client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities 

  • Build and lead the sales department, setting short and long-term sales strategies.
  • Develop and refine sales pitches, presentations, and materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions to the hospitality industry.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in the hotel and restaurant sectors.
  • Implement and manage sales software tools to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands and promotional strategies.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 4 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software sales targeting the hospitality industry
  • Strong track record of building sales departments and strategies from the ground up.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling sales decks.
  • Experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in sales software tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

Salary
USD3,000 - USD4,800 annually.
