We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Officer & Customer Service Representative

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails.
• Escalate all exceptions for resolution.
• Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.
• oversee tripping, manifesting, storage and inventory of parcels on a day to day basis.

Qualifications

• Interested candiates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 1-3 years experience.
• Candidates must be resident in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Work Schedule:

• Mondays to Sundays with one day off every week.
• 5:30am-1:30pm (morning shift)
• 1:00pm-8:00pm (Afternoon shift)

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 / Month.
