Job Description

  • Our client is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead the brand strategic client relationships and contribute to the success of the brand initiatives.
  • As the Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding key client relationships. You will drive revenue growth, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of brand’s projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients in the industry.
  • Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion within existing key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate new business leads.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure successful delivery of construction projects.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Ensure that the quality of services meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the construction sector.
  • Utilize market insights to enhance client relationships and improve service offerings.
  • Provide regular reports on key account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in senior key account management roles within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.

Salary
N500,000 / month.
