Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced person that is knowledgeable in managing day-to-day operations and human resources, preferably with experience in an e-commerce business or FMCG.

Basic Job Description

• Responsible for managing the daily operations of the firm, driving the sales team, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering exceptional customer experience and developing a great team.

Key Result Area:

• Ensuring and monitoring all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
• Overseeing office/ production expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Keep track of inventory and provide accurate inventory reports with the production manager
• Work with the production manager to ensure timely ordering of raw materials so that we meet the production timeline.
• Motivate, coach and supervise the team of customer support staff
• Coordinate customer service operations.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years work experience.
