Job Title: Online Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Description
- We're looking to hire a smart person that has great attention to detail, high level of empathy, and the ability to use a computer and is social media savvy.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process online orders
- Convert online leads into actual sales
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via various online channels (email, social media messages)
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints by investigating problems; and developing solutions.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Requirements / Experience
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce role
- A minimum of one year of experience in marketing and sales
- Experience with sales targets.
