We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant / Computer Operator

Location: Wuse, Zone 5, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a versatile and reliable Office Assistant/Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and handling administrative tasks, cleaning the office space, running errands, and must be proficient in basic computer operations. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • This role requires someone who resides close to Wuse, Abuja, and can efficiently multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.
  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Run errands such as delivering documents, picking up supplies, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and sorting mail.
  • Operate office equipment including printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and organized front desk area.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years work experience.
  • High School Diploma or National Diploma.
  • Proven work experience as a front desk officer, office assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations (Microsoft Office suite, email, internet browsing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must reside close to Wuse, Abuja.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
