We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Bariga, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff members, including servers, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints, overseeing the dining experience, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Ordering supplies, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that ingredients are fresh and available for menu items.
  • Monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability by managing expenses and optimizing revenue.
  • Collaborating with chefs to develop menus, including pricing, portion sizes, and menu item selection.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness standards, and implementing proper food handling procedures.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers, increase sales, and promote the restaurant's brand.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as payroll processing, bookkeeping, and maintaining records.
  • Maintaining quality standards for food, service, and overall dining experience.
  • Setting long-term goals and developing strategies to achieve them, such as expanding the restaurant, opening new locations, or introducing new services.
  • Building relationships with the local community through events, partnerships, and outreach efforts.
  • Being able to adapt to changing circumstances, such as fluctuations in customer traffic, seasonal demands, or unexpected events like equipment breakdowns or staff shortages.
