Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Officer

Location: Okebola - Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team in Ibadan.
• You will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and development.
• You will work closely with various departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly (Depending on the level of experience).
