Job Summary

  • The Job holder shall be responsible for identifying training needs, designing educational programs, and facilitating professional development initiatives within our organization.
  • This role is pivotal in enhancing employees' skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work which would in turn positively affect the actualization of the organization’s global goal.

Responsibilities
As the Learning and Development Executive, you will:

  • Conduct a robust training needs assessment across all departments in the company and develop a comprehensive training needs report as required.
  • Develop tailored training programs to meet the training needs of individuals, departments, and the organization.
  • Design, develop, and deliver a range of educational and training materials and programs, including workshops, seminars, e-learning courses, and manuals.
  • Manage the end-to-end training process, including the logistics of training delivery, facilitating training, maintaining records, and tracking progress against identified outcomes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and by observing outcomes in workplace performance.
  • Manage the L&D section of the HR budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in the implementation of training programs.
  • Assist in the personal development of employees by developing a mentoring and coaching Framework.
  • Support the development and implementation of succession planning processes within the organization.
  • Develop and drive variety of Learning Initiatives/Interventions that would be applied across the organization
  • Prepare the annual training calendar for the company in line with the training needs assessment for approval by the Head of HR.
  • Coordinate the selection of learning and development programmes and facilitators to addressing identified staff skills and competency needs.
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators to assess the impact and effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Analyze training evaluation data to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate the ROI of learning initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with external training partners to ensure Training scope/content provided are in alignment with internal Training Needs
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest training methods and technologies, especially in digital learning solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Learning and Development Management
  • First Degree or is equivalent in Human Resources or any other relevant discipline.
  • Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage.
  • Professional certification in HR Management E.g. Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) etc. will be an advantage.
