Description 

  • We are seeking a Healthcare Experience Manager to join our growing startup and contribute towards scaling and improving the DRO Health products and services. As our Healthcare Experience Manager, you will work closely with our product and engineering teams, healthcare stakeholders, and clients to enhance the user experience on our platform. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring and nurturing new client relationships, ensuring the continuous growth and success of our company.
  • We are looking for a passionate self-starter who can manage our HMO partnerships and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build innovative healthcare products and services in collaboration with the executive and technical teams.
  • Actively participate in product research to bridge market gaps and customer needs.
  • Nurture and grow relationships with HMO partners and serve as the lead contact for clients, gathering feedback from stakeholders.
  • Onboard clients and partners onto the platform and manage the relationship.
  • Become a subject matter expert on DRO Health products, processes, operations, and industry news.
  • Create tools to onboard healthcare practitioners and other partners to new product features as they are introduced.
  • Project manage the development, test, and deployment phases, ensuring cross-solution testing and validation.
  • Advocate for customers by identifying and championing intuitive, user-focused fixes and features.
  • Perform quality assurance controls on new features.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns.
  • Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with management and technical teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Track and analyze customer experience metrics to inform improvements in processes and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Health Sciences or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare, project management or customer support role.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets.
  • Experience in the Health Maintenance Organisations (HMO) industry is preferred.

Required Experience and Personal Skills:

  • Excellent ability to establish and maintain professional connections.
  • Familiarity with market research methodology, consumer behavior, and marketing techniques.
  • Ability to work remotely and occasionally travel.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Excellent communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Calm demeanor, can-do attitude, and prompt follow-up on pending queries.
  • Recognizes the power of saying "I don't know."
  • Knowledge of project management tools, like ClickUp is a plus.
  • Must have a fully functioning laptop and fast internet.
