Work Days and Hours: Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nail store located in Lekki Phase. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of salon staff, including nail technicians, receptionists, and cleaners, to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new salon staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and take appropriate actions to achieve financial targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to ensure the salon remains competitive in the market.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional development among salon staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in salon management or cosmetology is a plus.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Salon Manager or similar role, preferably in a nail salon setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire salon staff.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Salary
N90,000 - N120,000 monthly.
