Description
- Our client, a visa and immigration consultancy company, is in need of an associate consultant, visa and immigration to manage the end-to-end interactions with prospective and existing clients. To also support management with daily operational tasks, in alignment with executing overall strategy for the business operations unit.
Responsibilities
- Manage visa application processes
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Guide clients on visa application
- Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration applications and ensure they are submitted within the stipulated deadline
- Verify the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents
- Track visa application status and give updates
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a relevant First Degree with 2-3 years experience
- Proven experience in visa processing.
- Thorough knowledge of visa application procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to multi task
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must pay close attention to detail
- Candidate must reside around Oregun, Ikeja axis
