Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and promoting our products/services to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicate product/service features and benefits, and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop strategies for market expansion and customer retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and generate leads.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with at least 1 year experience.
