Job Title: Field Sales Agent

Job Summary

• To carry out all activities relating to sales, acquire new customers and retain existing customers for the bank whilst representing the brand positively

Responsibilities

• Meet required financial targets/sales budgets.
• Obtain customer information and determine the eligibility of customers by comparing information received with requirements.
• Provide correct and complete information to customers on the organization’s products and services.
• Receive and resolve customer enquiries, requests, and complaints within stipulated SLAs.
• Provide feedback on processes, products, and procedures for business improvement.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve organization and unit objectives.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. with good communication and sales skills can apply
• At least 4 months of sales and business development experience in the banking/financial sector

• Are a self-starter, take initiative, work collaboratively and can self-manage in ambiguity
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Are excel and numbers-savvy and very detail oriented.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 Net (Based On Experience).
