Job Description
- As a Biomedical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and effectiveness of our medical equipment.
- You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of a wide range of biomedical devices.
- Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Installation and Maintenance:
- Install, test, and commission medical equipment and devices.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
Calibration and Testing:
- Perform regular calibration and testing of biomedical equipment.
- Document calibration procedures and maintain accurate records.
Repair and Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with medical equipment.
- Execute timely repairs to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in product testing and validation processes.
Training and Support:
- Provide training to end-users on the proper use and maintenance of biomedical equipment.
- Offer technical support to internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidateshould reside in Lagos
