Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Description

• The candidate for the Senior Development Manager position will be responsible for the effective management of the firm's business development dept, maintaining client relationships, and the development of new business leads.
• We would like to call the attention of all applicants that these positions are in a very performance/target-driven environment, which provides adequate compensation for client compensation revenue performance, driven by strong business development competencies and appropriate senior-level contacts across private and public sectors, institutions, as well as multi-lateral agencies.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 10-12 years experience.
• The appointee will have very strong business development experience in a well-structured professional services firm, specifically, in the marketing of technical training and consulting services.
• Proven record of generating leads and business plans.
• The ideal candidate will have not less than twelve years of relevant experience.
