We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Planning Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

• Coordinate daily engineering activities including task assignments, resource allocation & scheduling.
• Generate and maintain maintenance reports, documenting work performed, issues encountered, and resolutions achieved.
• Communicate maintenance updates, progress reports, and service schedules to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee the timesheets data entry for the field engineers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain an issues log to track and document project – related issues, including their status, priority and resolution.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of maintenance activities and projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including engineering, warehouse, sales and account team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any discipline
• 1 – 2 years working experience
• Good in technical matters
• A process/system driven person
• Eloquent Speaker with good writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office usage.
• Must be a person of integrity, be assertive and a proactive self-starter
• Candidates must possess all other relevant qualifications.
