Job Title: Operations Facility Manager

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Job Description

• Our client is seeking an experienced, proactive and effective Operations Facility Manager to oversee its related activities

Responsibilities

• Good Administrator/ Coordinator
• Good Business Developer who initiates and closes deals.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth.
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses (Service charge cost proposals)
• Preparation of Facility Management cost proposal and other business proposals.
• Set policies and procedures
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
• Oversee recruitment and training of employees.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Direct the employee assessment process
• Prepare regular reports for upper management.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team.

Requirements and skills

• B.Sc / HND in Estate Management, Facility Management or relevant field.
• Professional qualification in Facility Management an added advantage.
• Proven 6 - 8 years experience as a Facility General Manager or similar executive role.
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations and security/safety precautions.
• String analytical ability.
• Excellent communication with good inter- personal relationship skills an added advantage.
• Must be a well-organized, detail, transparent and customer (internal and external) oriented.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
• Has passion for the work.
• Very IT compliance - deploys and operates software
• Strong procurement and negotiation skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
