We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Sales)

Location: Alasia - Ajah, Eti-Osa, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time 

Job Description

  • Manage the overall coordination, including the research, development and distribution of PowerPoint presentations to executive management for key marketing initiatives under the direction of the Director.
  • Lead integrated marketing communication and creative/campaign planning, development and execution for all company products, including messaging communications, advertising, direct marketing, etc.
  • Create and manage the monthly/annual marketing plan for a subset of the corporate and Real Estate markets.
  • Conduct market research to increase the understanding of the market as a whole and/or certain segments, in conjunction with the Sales and Customer care departments.
  • Organize and attend industry-related events, conferences and summits for networking, leads generation and deal-closing.
  • Contribute to the overall sales collateral program.
  • Track lead generation and ROI for designated marketing campaigns.

Education Requirements

  • OND, HND and BSc holders.
  • 0 - 3 years work experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Self Motivated & Team Oriented
  • Must be a go-getter, and have the ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Must possess solid networking, marketing and negotiating skills
  • Experience in Sales and/or Marketing will be an added advantage.
