Job Description

• As a Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to raise awareness of our laboratory services and drive business growth.
• You will be responsible for creating compelling campaigns, building relationships with key stakeholders, and maximizing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for laboratory services.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, and key messaging strategies.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, and events.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve marketing objectives.

Content Creation:

• Develop engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online platforms.
• Ensure messaging is consistent with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

• Generate leads through targeted marketing efforts and networking opportunities.
• Work closely with the laboratory team to nurture leads and facilitate the conversion process.

Relationship Building:

• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, industry partners, and potential clients.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand our network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or laboratory services sector.
• minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a marketer
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
