Job Title: Nursery Teacher

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Kindergarten Teacher (KGD) to join our dedicated educational team. As a KGD Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for young learners' educational journey.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, possess strong interpersonal skills, and create a vibrant and engaging learning environment for our kindergarten students.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the kindergarten curriculum.
• Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive activities.
• Establish a warm and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes positive social interactions.
• Effectively manage transitions and routines to create a structured yet enjoyable learning environment.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
• Provide support and encouragement to each child's unique developmental journey.
• Maintain open and regular communication with parents/guardians regarding students' progress and activities.
• Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss individual student development.
• Integrate play-based learning strategies to enhance cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Create opportunities for hands-on, experiential learning within the classroom.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Implement and adhere to health and safety protocols within the classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification with a focus on kindergarten education.
• Proven experience as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar early childhood education role.

Salary
N50,000 / month.
