First Digital Marketing - Our client in the transportation sector who provides transportation services for intercity/interstate travelers in Nigeria.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Ticketing Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Arrange reservations and routing for passengers at the request of the Ticket Agent.
• Make and confirm transportation reservations using telephones, mail, and computers.
• Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, procedures, and policies.
• Inform clients of essential travel information, such as travel times.
• Prepare customuer invoices and accept payment.
• Plan route and compute ticket cost, using schedules, rate books, and computers.
• Answer inquiries.
• Determines whether space is available on travel dates requested by the customer.

Requirements and Skills

• OND / HND / B.Sc in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Data entry experience.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, such as copiers, and scanners.
• Knowledge of the industry.
• Good marketing and communication skills.

Salary
N50,000 / month.
