Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, organized and versatile Administrative Assistant to join us. This role involves providing essential administrative support to various departments, managers, and team members, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities thereby contributing to the overall success of our organization
  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, reporting, and assisting in various projects to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
  • You will working directly under the supervision of Admin/HR Manager and Operations Manager to ensure entire seemless Admin/HR operations

Requirements

  • Academic qualification of a Diploma / OND or its equivalent.
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year
  • Additional certification or specialized training in office administration or HR will be a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative in resolving issues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures, Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
