Job Title: Superstar Manager (Hospitality Group)

Location: Ikate, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Requirements

• Must be a graduate in any discipline but must have experience working in a Senior Management position within the Hospitality Sector
• Must be innovative and creative
• Making sure all guests receive a high quality of service
• Planning marketing campaigns
• Planning budgets, setting sales targets and managing accounts
• Analysing sales figures and producing reports
• Effective communication skills
• Must have initiative and good problem solving skills
• Must be a motivator
• Ensuring consistent maintenance of entire facility
• Making sure that theclub/lounge/restaurant/patio/grill/shortlet meet health, safety and security regulations and licensing laws.
